Login and Consent

Users must agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Messaging Policy before accessing the app. Consent is required at login.

The full Terms of Use opens directly inside the app from the login screen, so users can read them before agreeing.

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is accessible in-app from the login screen, giving users full transparency before they create an account.

Acceptable Messaging Policy

The Acceptable Messaging Policy opens directly from the login screen, ensuring users understand messaging rules before signing up.

Message Threads

The messages screen shows all active conversation threads associated with the user's Inovo number.

New Message

Users initiate a new message by entering a recipient. All messaging is manual and person-to-person only.

Chat View

An open conversation shows the full message thread between the user and a contact.

Composing a Message

Users compose and send replies personally. No automated or bulk messaging is possible.

Contacts

The contact screen lets users message a saved contact directly through their Inovo number.

Settings

The settings screen gives users access to account controls, preferences, and in-app Help and Support.

Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account at any time, which immediately erases all associated data.

Support

The in-app support page lets users contact the Inovo team without leaving the application.

Support Topics

Users can choose from a range of support topics including billing, account access, and messaging issues.

Support Query

Messaging is limited to 20 messages per day under strict fair usage policies. No automated sending is permitted.

Home Screen

The home screen displays the user's assigned Inovo virtual number and gives access to all core features.
